DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
All users are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this agreement at the moment they confirm their order electronically via ofisbura.com.
ARTICLE 1 - PARTIES

1.2. BUYER INFORMATION
The real or legal person who shops on the ofisbura.com e-commerce store, whether as a registered member or as a guest user, confirms the order, and provides a billing/delivery address (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer" or "Customer").
ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and delivery of the product whose qualities, quantity, and sale price are specified on the site and which the Seller sells to the Buyer electronically via the website.
ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCT AND PAYMENT INFORMATION SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT
The type, quantity, brand/model, color, quantity, sale price, and payment method of the goods/products or services are as stated on the invoice and order summary at the time the Buyer confirms the order.
ARTICLE 4 - GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1. The Buyer declares that they have read and are informed of all preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sale price, payment method, and delivery of the product subject to the agreement, and that they have given the necessary confirmation electronically.
4.2. The product subject to the agreement is delivered to the Buyer or the person/organization at the address indicated by the Buyer within the period specified on the website, depending on the distance to the Buyer's place of residence, provided that this does not exceed the legal period of 30 days.
4.3. If the product subject to the agreement is to be delivered to a person or organization other than the Buyer, the Seller cannot be held responsible if the person or organization to be delivered to refuses to accept the delivery.
4.4. The Seller is responsible for delivering the product subject to the agreement in a sound, complete condition, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order, and together with any user manuals, if applicable.
4.5. If, after delivery of the product, the Buyer's credit card is used unlawfully or unfairly by unauthorized persons and the relevant bank or financial institution does not pay the product price to the Seller, the Buyer is obliged to return the product to the Seller within 3 business days, with all shipping costs to be borne by the Buyer.
4.6. If the Seller cannot deliver the product within the specified period due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances preventing transportation, such as adverse weather conditions or interruption of transportation, the Seller is obliged to notify the Buyer of the situation. In case of order cancellations, the product price is refunded to the Buyer's card within the legal period. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays on the bank's side.
5.1. For standard products (in stock, without customization or personalization), the Buyer has the right to withdraw without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product to the Buyer or to the person/organization at the address indicated by the Buyer. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, written notice must be given to the Seller within this period.
5.2. However, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products prepared according to the Buyer's requests or personal needs, containing personalization elements such as name, title, logo, company information, custom dimensions, custom design, or similar.
5.3. Pursuant to Article 15, paragraph 1, clause (c) of the Distance Contracts Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated November 27, 2014 and numbered 29188, goods prepared according to the consumer's specific requests or personal needs are outside the scope of the right of withdrawal.
5.4. Situations that should be evaluated within the scope of manufacturing defects, damaged delivery, or defective goods are outside the scope of this provision. In such cases, the Buyer may exercise the rights they have under the relevant legislation.
ARTICLE 6 - DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
6.1. If the delivered product is determined to be defective, the Buyer may exercise the optional rights they have under current consumer legislation.
6.2. Damages arising after the product has been received and caused by user error are not considered within the scope of a defective product.
ARTICLE 7 - COMPETENT COURT
In the application of this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees, up to the value announced by the Ministry of Trade, and the Consumer Courts at the Buyer's or Seller's place of residence are authorized.
ARTICLE 8 - EFFECTIVE DATE
The Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this Distance Sales Agreement upon completing payment for the order placed via the website.
