SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

At Ofisbura, we prepare our products specifically for your order in order to offer you the highest quality service. Our production and shipping times by product group are as follows:

1. Corporate / Custom Printed Flags:
All of our flag products that require a personalized printing process for an individual or company are carefully prepared and handed over to the carrier within 5 (five) business days at the latest after your order is confirmed.

2. Desktop Nameplate Sets and Other Sets:
The nameplate sets and other set groups on the site are personalized according to your order and shipped within 2-3 business days at the latest.

General Information:
- Orders placed on weekends (Saturday-Sunday) and official holidays are processed on the next business day.
- Once your product has been handed over to the carrier, your tracking number will be automatically sent to you via SMS and email.
