Refund policy

CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

Most of the products sold by Ofisbura (desk nameplates, personalized designs, logo-printed desk pads, corporate flags, etc.) are manufactured specifically for the individual or company. Under the regulation on distance contracts of Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, consumers do not have the right of withdrawal (arbitrary return) for products that are manufactured according to the consumer's specific requests, or that are personalized through modifications or additions.

Within this scope, our cancellation and return terms are as follows:

1. Order Cancellation
For personalized products, you may request cancellation before your order goes into production. Cancellation and refunds are not possible for custom orders that have already gone into production, been printed, or whose design has been completed. For standard (non-customized) products, you may cancel your order before it is shipped.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products (Remedy and Return)
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please inspect the package when your order is delivered.
- If there is shipping-related damage (breakage, crushing, etc.),
- If the product has a manufacturing, spelling, or printing error on our part,
- If you received the wrong product,
please report the situation to ofisbura@gmail.com or our WhatsApp support line within 3 days of the invoice/delivery date at the latest. The remedy (shipping of a new product) for defective/damaged products will be organized quickly and free of charge by our company.

3. Returns of Standard Products
For our standard stocked products that do not include any personalization, you have the right to return the product within 14 days of the delivery date, provided it is unused, with tags attached, and in its original undamaged packaging. To get information about the return shipping process, you must first contact us at ofisbura@gmail.com. Returns sent without our approval will not be accepted.
